I went to the location on Gessner @ Westheimer. I was very pleased with Kasey the young lady who assisted me. The waiting area is nice, safe and clean. This was my second visit and I have been very happy with the amount of money I received. I will definitely go back.

I had plastic snack bag full of 14k and 10k gold that was sitting in a jewelry box. Gold broken necklaces, rings and multiple earrings with no partner. I went to Houston jewelry first. I walked around and wasn't even asked if I needed help. Then, I decided to go to Gold and Silver Buyers down the street (Gessner and Westheimer). Your staff was great. They patiently separated each piece and tested it. What a surprise; the total was worth $510. I was shocked. Thank you Edwin, Heather, Kasey, and Suri. Great customer service.
